Incredible experience with Smart Bike
Lights!! I received my rear bike light in less than 2 weeks from when I ordered
it! Installing it on my bike was a breeze and linking it to my phone and their
app was also very easy!! The rear bike light is seriously brighter than any
light I have ever seen!! Getting rear ended is one of my biggest fears, but
thankfully having this smart bike lights rear flasher helps minimize this risk!
I will always have one of their lights on my bike as long as I’m a cyclist!

Phenomenal lights, super easy to set
up and very customizable with the app, allows you to turn on “ride to wake”
change flashing patterns and colors and can also sync with other riders using
the same lights. My wife and I are very happy with them. Quality built, great
design and function.

I especially like the auto brake
system, the system detects when you apply the breaks and flashes a solid light
to let people behind you know that you are slowing down or stopping.

These lights are soooooo good!! I have
both the Navi 600 front and the CubePro rear. Initially I bought the rear light
via an instagram advert as a bit of fun thinking the quality wouldn't be all
that great. What a surprise! And they work! Just like they say they do.

I made one order of FARINA and CLIQ
then I sended an email requesting a clarification for a doubt about the mounts
that I have, and make a second order.

Got all the ordered material and the
answer for the doubt was quick.

The Lights and the mounts works and
looks very good on my bike.

I liked and I recommend.

I ordered the Navi 600 & CubeLite
II bundle and recieved it quite fast (I live in Germany).

The mount of the Navi 600 got updated
and wasn‘t the same as the one on the product page. Unfortunately the updated
version couldn‘t fit around my roadbike handlebar. I contacted the customerservice
and got a quick solution. They send me over the old mount for free! Now I can
use the Navi 600 without any problems. The products are nice aswell and work as
they should.Customerservice 10/10

I Bought the smartlight Cliq a few
months ago. I really liked it and I bought 2 more. Excellent product and
excellent service when I contacted them.

The light itself is great: Lot’s of
options and very bright led lights. Good for the kids on the dark road to school
in wintertime.

My original order unfortunately did
not work but I emailed the company and they quickly tried to diagnose the
problem and when they realized it was an defective unit they quickly sent me a
replacement free of charge, and have kept me updated on the progress on my order.

Unfortunately I lost my Smart Light on
my very first ride. Somehow the mount casing must have broken. I contacted the
Company.Customer service was very accommodating and replaced the light no
problem.

Love the light. A very well designed
and professionally packaged product.

The holder for the light broke and was
under warranty so I contacted the company and they requested a picture of the
broken holder. I sent them a picture and they processed my warranty claim and
sent a new holder out immediately. Their customer service was great!

I bought one Cliq light and after a
month some water got in it. Just with 2 emails and pictures I was able to get a
new light. I also ordered some more lights..Great support and Great product!

I admit, I was a bit sceptical when I
ordered these lights from a company on the internet that I had never heard of.
I had a suspicion that they would be cheaply made in China and would not last
very long before they died, but I took a punt.

I was wrong. They live up to every
claim made for them on the website, and are still going strong a year after
being installed on my MTB, which as you can imagine means they get shaken and
bounced and vibrated - a LOT!

Initially ordered two lights from
smartbikelights, the Cliq and the Navi600. The Navi600 stopped working properly
after only a few days of using it, but contacting smartbikelights about it and
getting a replacement was super easy and quick. The customer support was
amazing. Shipping takes a couple weeks or more, but that's no biggie really.
Great store from my experience, and I'm loving both lights so far.

I backed the first smart bike light but, unfortunately, was lost. I immediately bought a new one since I wanted to be visible, especially when almost nobody has a light on their bike. The brake feature is handy for others to notice you're slowing down.

The light is bright enough to be visible for a great distance, and the different modes allow me to tailor the output for the type of ride and time of day. The anti-theft mode is also helpful when we pause for a rest or have to go into a store with the bike on the rack. Overall, great product...

It is effortless to change the settings (four different modes can be pre-set). I love the theft alert function.

Farina is the straightforward to install and completes functions in a fantastic app through your cell phone, making it even better!
And both products are GREAT!

It's amazing!

As for the merchandise both the front and the rear light are fantastic. Excellent build quality (love the aluminum finish), great battery life and very bright. I recommend this product to any night trail rider, well any rider at night I should say.
